The above examples are public released advertisement campaigns or season ticket holder mailers. Hired as a fill in to the Marketing Manager on maternity leave, I was tasked with managing copywriting and campaigns for LOB's such as Client and Premium Services, Social Responsibility, Group Ticket Sales, Theme Night Entertainment, Season Ticket Sales and Mini-Plans, and Retail. This role partnered with internal teams such as Digital Strategy, Graphic Design, Production, and Entertainment, as well as external partners such as Maven Creative and Net Conversion.

Paid SEM & Organic SEO

My team at The Walt Disney Company was in charge of Paid Search and Organic Search, as well as YouTube and Pinterest Management for DPEP, Aulani, DVC, Disney Cruise Line, and sometimes ShopDisney. This included working with Messaging, Strategy, and Yellow Shoes for copy and design, well as external partners such as Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Yext, TripAdvisor, and more. As a pioneer in innovation in the media and tech space, the team was tasked with trying new features, such as YouTube Brand Lift studies against competitors and Google Image Ads. Lastly, the SEO team worked with Snapchat for location filters, Yext for keeping location open/close times updated, and internal partners for ensuring our websites were matching with consumer searches on search engines.

RIFLE PAPER COMPANY

Digital Merchandising & UX Design and Research

While at Rifle Paper Company, I balanced a role between the Marketing team and the Product team. I worked with our Senior Marketing Manager and external agency partner for advertising campaigns, as well as our Developers, Senior UX Designers, Product Manager, and external UX Research agency to rebrand our website, as well as determine a style guide. I was charged with managing our asset collection and copywriting UI as well as product descriptions, FAQs, and transactional emails. Pictured below, I built the personalized product page in Adobe Magento, determined proper user flow, and photoshopped assets into their buttons. I also used Google Analytics to decide proper positioning of products for Best Sellers or the "Sale" page based on inventory and quantity sold.
